Clear terms for digital delivery.

Your purchase grants you access to digital configuration files, templates, setup documentation, and related materials for your own use with OpenClaw. Access is delivered electronically after successful payment.

Unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing, your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for your own personal or internal business use.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or share the files, download links, or setup materials as a standalone product.

Payments are processed by Creem or another payment partner. Once a payment succeeds, we prepare your order and send the delivery link, ZIP file access, and setup instructions by email.

If you cannot locate your delivery email later, you may use /orders to request a secure access link.

We currently offer a 14-day refund window. If the pack is not a fit, contact support@yourclawteam.com within 14 days of purchase and we will review the request.

The products are provided as digital tools and configuration materials. They do not guarantee business results, compatibility with every third party setup, or uninterrupted availability of external platforms.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Your Claw Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or digital products.
